Payment Methods

Prices are indicated in $ for ease of understanding the price for site visitors from all over the world (for our buyers from Ukraine, the currency switch is on the right side of the site). After placing an order, our managers (+380678874757) will contact you, and after agreeing on the order, you have several payment options:

  • Payment details can be sent to you by e-mail, or SMS via a mobile operator, or Viber, or WhatsApp, or Telegram, or in another way convenient for you;
  • On the site, you can place an order by cash on delivery at the “Nova poshta” department, for this you need to put the site currency in UAH (this service works within Ukraine);
  • Payment is made through the Fondy payment acceptance service. You can pay for the order with any card and currency, Fondy will automatically convert the amount into hryvnia.

Delivery options

  • We ship our products throughout Ukraine and around the world;
  • In Ukraine, as a rule, we make delivery by “Nova poshta“, but upon agreement, we can send our products to another postal operator. Delivery is paid by the Buyer. Estimated delivery time: 1-3 days. After sending, we send the invoice number to the email address for tracking.
  • All over the world we send parcels by Ukrposhta. Shipping cost $ 20, which are added to the box automatically when making an international delivery. Estimated delivery time: 7-21 days. In your country, you will receive the package from your national carrier. After sending, we send the invoice number to the e-mail.

Exchange and return of goods. Refunds.

First of all, we want you to be happy with your purchase and the product that we have made just for you. But, in fact, our expectations may not coincide with yours, and for some reason the product will not suit you.

First, we’re sorry.
Secondly, we will, of course, refund your money or exchange the product for another with the possibility of paying extra or refunding the amount for another product.

There are a few simple rules for this:

  • If it so happened that you identified a factory defect, we will unconditionally refund the money or replace the product.
  • The product must be free of traces of use and not damaged.
  • You pay for the delivery to us.
  • Refunds are made to the same card with which you paid and only after We receive the goods that did not fit.
  • If the products were made according to an individual order (drawings are provided by the Buyer), then we are only responsible for the conformity of the manufactured product to the provided drawings. If the product did not fit for other reasons, we cannot refund for it due to the individuality of the product.
